Bronwyn Roberts Bio

Bron 4 july 14For over a decade Bronwyn (Bron) Roberts has been sharing the benefits of laughter with audiences around Australia, South East Asia and in the USA. 

In 2004 she trained as one of Australia's first fully certified Laughter Yoga Trainers and that same year was awarded an International Laughter Yoga Ambassadorship in recognition of her work sharing Laughter Yoga and the benefits of laughter with groups around Australia and in South East Asia. In 2012 she received the Kraft Australia "Toast of a Nation" award in recognition her continued work.

Known as 'The Laughter Lady' Bron takes audiences from all walks of life on laughter filled action packed adventures into the clinically proven benefits of laughter helping them connect with their inner child and re-discover the importance of the simple things in life. Her clients include those in the education, health, age care, community, government and corporate sectors.

Bron is a graduate of the 'Humour Academy' - a 3 year diploma course focussing on the research, presentation and promotion of therapeutic laughter run through the University of Portland Oregon (USA) and the Association of Applied and Therapeutic Humor, is a trained 'Laughter Boss' with Clown Doctors Australia and the Humour Foundation, a member of the International Positive Psychology Association, a Gold member of the Association of Applied and Therapeutic Humor and is the Chief Happiness Officer at Let's Laugh. 

Bron runs 3 popular weekly laughter clubs - the Mitcham Community Laughter Club (founded in 2004) and 2 clubs for the residents, staff and families of Regis Age Care. She also mentors Laughter Leaders in Australia and the USA in ways of presenting Laughter Yoga to meet the diverse needs of different groups.

LCVi offers a service of helping organisations locate and book an experienced and trained laughter leader/speaker to run laughter presentations and sessions.

LCVi is committed to maintaining high standards in both presentations and the engagement/booking process. We also are committed to ongoing professional development of the presenters and procedure on our Speaker's Page.

If you decide to make a booking request, (and we hope you do!) LCVi will need to know as accurately as possible, the proposed time and date of your proposed session; how many people will be attending; and what kind of organisation you are – "what do you do?"
